Density and chromatography!
The Primary afternoon group went for a Science session at Hook-a-gate Secondary centre.
Mr Davies taught the children about the different densities of liquids and solids and they made their own lava lamp. They also used skittles to carry out a chromatography experiment and looked at the different colours that emerged.
