Hook a Gate centre hosted our first ‘garden pARTy’ as a way of sharing our student’s artwork with families.

Year 11 Hook a Gate final pieces and enrichment artwork from KS3 and year 10 was displayed in the courtyard, a slide show of all GCSE final pieces and portfolios were in the central area.

Students baked cakes, made tea and coffee and made bunting to display. This earned all participants an AQA unit award.

It was a lovely afternoon shared by all of the families in attendance, and feedback was really positive from parents and carers.
