The Art Department have had a ‘One Big Picture’ project running across Secondary Centres for the past couple of years, that has a new topic each term. This half term we focussed on twig wrapping using twigs that had fallen from trees in the wind, and been collected on walks.

Students chose which mixes of materials they used, and the colours for their twig, and Hook a Gate year 10 pupils helped Mrs Lacey to assemble it.

 We think it makes a beautifully bright autumnal display in the entrance to Sundorne Education Centre.
