Moreton Corbet Castle Easter Egg Hunt

Students from the Oswestry Centre enjoy hunting for eggs at Moreton Corbet Castle.

Today, students from the Oswestry Centre ventured out into the fog to visit the eerie grounds of Moreton Corbet Castle to take part in an Easter egg hunt.  After a number of foil-wrapped eggs, chocolate lollies, and large chocolate bunnies were hidden in various crevices, ledges, and secret hidey holes in and around the ancient walls, students then set off in an attempt to bag as many chocolate prizes as they could find.

They started by running aimlessly trying to spot the foil treats, before slowing their pursuit to be more thorough in their search. At the end, the students had collected a pleasing amount of chocolate.

On the journey back to the centre, we visited a Greggs to buy lunch and the students were commended for their polite, kind demeanour when speaking to staff at Greggs, and other members of the public who we encountered.
