Students may attend for a short period of intervention alongside their mainstream school.

Students attend for four mornings or four afternoons from 9.15am – 11.45am or 12.45pm – 3.15pm.

The remaining 60% of their week is in their mainstream partner school, including a full day on a Wednesday.

This shared placement is for 16 weeks. At the end of the 16 weeks a TMBSS Education Review takes place where the TMBSS teacher shares a full education report.

Following the review the student will return to mainstream full-time over a 4 week reintegration plan. In addition, schools have the option to directly commission an extended 8 week placement which is funded by the school alongside the transport costs.

A total of 10 hours for the morning and  afternoon sessions.
