Meatballs & Pasta and Sub Meatballs

As part of Hannah’s Food Technology course, she prepared lunch for staff and students.
Hannah made Meatballs & Pasta for students and staff in Bridgnorth centre; she also had a go at making Sub Meatballs at the same time.
Hannah was working on her cutting skills, showing she is able to use a sharp knife to cut ingredients safely and correctly to cut the onions into small pieces.
She made sure the ovens were turned on and set to temperature before she started preparing the food, so it was warmed up to put her amazing meals straight into the oven as soon as she had finished the preparation.
Hannah had great feedback from everyone, both for the Meatballs & Pasta and the Sub Meatballs.
